Refund policy

General Terms and Conditions

  • Returned goods must be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return one or more products within 14 days of delivery.

Once Smad staff have authorized the return, the products must be delivered to the courier no later than 14 days.

Smad reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or shipped after the specified terms, or if the products are not intact.

Preparing the return

  • All items are checked before shipment and are equipped with tags, which must be returned together with the product.

We recommend that you do not remove the tag until you are sure that the garment fits correctly.

  • Items returned with damage, stains, or obvious alterations will be rejected and returned to the customer; shipping costs will be charged to the customer (cash on delivery).
  • In case of defective or faulty goods, please contact info@smadstudio.com immediately.


Replacement of an item of the same size/color is possible depending on availability.

If it is not possible to replace the item, the normal refund procedures will be initiated.

Procedure for making a return

  1. Write an email to info@smadstudio.com indicating:
  • Order reference number
  • Item name
  • Order receipt date
  • Reasons for return

 

      2. Once we have verified that the reasons comply with the terms and                conditions of sale, you will receive instructions for the return by                    email.

      3. You will then receive the courier label (usually in PDF format to print            and attach to the package).

⚠️ PLEASE NOTE: Always keep the original packaging, which must be reused for the return by replacing the label.

  • It is not necessary to return the entire order; you can return only part of it.

Receipt and refund times

  • Once the return has been received at the Smad warehouse, we will verify the integrity of the products and their compliance with the conditions of sale.
  • The refund procedure will be initiated within 21 working days of receipt of the return.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Return costs

  • Returns for defective goods are always free of charge via a courier affiliated with Smad.

 

  • For other returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

Return tracking

  • Once we have received the package, we will send you a confirmation email.
  • It may take up to 15 working days (excluding weekends and holidays) for the return to reach the warehouse.
  • We will refund the amount to the same card/PayPal used for the purchase within 5–10 working days of completing the refund process.
  • If you do not receive an email within 15 business days, please contact customer service with the following information:
    • Order number
    • Returned items
    • Tracking number (if available)

Special situations

Payment card no longer active

If the card used for the purchase has been lost, stolen, or deactivated, the refund will still be completed to the linked account, if still active.

If the refund does not appear within 21 working days, please contact customer service.

Non-refundable shipping costs

Smad only refunds the price of the items. Shipping costs are not refunded, unless the entire order is defective.

Incorrect refund

If the refund amount is incorrect, please check:

  • Shipping costs (refundable only in the case of defective or incorrect goods)
  • Any promotions applied at the time of sale
