How can I return an item?
If you are not satisfied, you can return one or more products.

How long do I have to return an item?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery.

Do I need to register to make a return?
No.

How and when will I be refunded?

  • Once we have received and checked the products, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • The refund will be made within 14 working days of confirmation.
  • The products must be delivered to the courier within 14 days of the return authorization.
  • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Items must be in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

SMAD reserves the right to refuse non-compliant returns.

Order tracking

  • All orders are trackable: you will receive an email when your package is shipped.
  • Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., with signature required.
  • Please ensure that someone is available at the address to receive the package.
  • If no one is available, the courier will leave a notice.
  • You can reschedule the delivery on the courier's website or pick it up at the indicated location.
  • If not delivered, the package will be returned to the SMAD warehouse.
    Please also check your spam folder if you cannot find the email.

Wrong product


If you have received the wrong item:

  1. Please contact customer service.
  2. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
  3. The refund will be made upon receipt of the package.
  4. If you want the correct item (if available), you can place a new order.
